Discover the best of the Costa Maya with the tour to the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins. Begin your adventure with a 50-minute trip to the Chacchoben ruins, where you can explore the imposing pyramids, temples, and ancient plazas surrounded by dense and lush jungle. Learn about the fascinating stories of the ancient Mayan civilization, from their captivating astronomical knowledge to their impressive architectural achievements.

After the ruins tour, we will return to Mahahual.

Enjoy a snorkeling adventure and explore the second largest reef in the world. Dive into its crystal-clear waters, full of colorful coral reefs and tropical marine life. Swim with colorful fish and, if you're lucky, you may see sea turtles, stingrays, lobsters, and shells. We offer showers, restrooms, changing rooms, and free Wi-Fi.

After the tour, choose whether you want to enjoy our beautiful beach club or return directly to the port.

The beach club offers palapas, tables and chairs, loungers with shade or sun, restrooms, showers, and Wi-Fi. (Food and beverage service and massages are not included) all in one place. Join us for a great adventure in Costa Maya.

Return directly to the port; your vehicle will be ready to be returned at any time from the beach club to the port entrance. An 8-minute ride from the beach club to the port.

Monkeys and other animal species are in their natural habitat and are completely free, there is no guarantee that they will be seen at all times, just as if we are lucky, they should not be touched or fed.

DEPARTURE/RETURN LOCATION Meet at the designated meeting spot, a short walk from the Costa Maya cruise port

DEPARTURE TIME Come directly to our meeting point as soon as you are allowed to disembark from the ship.

RETURN TIME 5-6 hours after leaving the port. You have the option to return directly to the port after snorkeling, or spend as much time as you want at the beach club. 8 minutes travel back from the beach club to the port.

Payment information A minimum deposit of $5.00 USD per person is required to confirm the spaces for this tour.

Deposits are fully refundable if for any reason your cruise does not stop at the Costa Maya port, or if the weather does not allow the tour.

The remaining balance can be paid online within 7 days (1 week)

before the tour or in cash upon arrival with us.

Cancellation policy 3 days before the tour to avoid a cancellation fee of $5.00 USD per person.

MEETING POINT

Please head directly to our meeting point when you are allowed to disembark. Our meeting point will be just outside the Costa Maya port complex. Guests can safely walk from the main avenue to find us just outside the port area. We will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
