 Cancellations by the customer

Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance or no-shows: No refund will be made. The client will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the tour.

REFUND POLICY:

You will receive a 100% refund due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure: If the tour is affected by extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or if your cruise does not dock at the Costa Maya port or any other case of force majeure, you will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

To receive a full refund, please notify us 72 hours before your tour at costamayamarlintours@gmail.com. If your cancellation is made within 72 hours, the amount of your deposit will be charged.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

NOTE:

Refunds are not processed automatically, so we kindly ask you to contact us via email or WhatsApp to facilitate the refund process.

Changes to the reservation:

If the customer wishes to change the date of their tour, they may do so at no additional cost, as long as the modification is made at least 7 days in advance. Changes made less than 7 days in advance will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

LATE ARRIVAL OF THE SHIP:

Occasionally, the boats are delayed and arrive late. Your confirmation remains valid if it arrives late or on a different day than scheduled. We will do everything necessary to accommodate the arrival and departure of your boat. Please arrive at our meeting point as soon as you arrive to meet your guides who will be waiting for you at the assigned meeting point.

Limitation of Liability:

• Accidents or personal injuries: We release ourselves from any liability for personal injuries, accidents, or damages to the client's property during the course of the tour. We recommend that clients purchase travel insurance that covers these risks.

• Lost or stolen items: Marlins tours is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Clients are responsible for their personal items at all times.

• Delays or inconveniences due to external causes: The service provider will not be responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by external factors such as traffic, road closures, bad weather, or transportation failures, among others.

Disclaimer:

By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges that Marlin Tours is not responsible for unforeseen situations that may affect the execution of the tour, including but not limited to, climatic, transportation, social, or health factors. The customer exempts this service company from any liability arising from such situations and agrees that every effort will be made to provide a safe and satisfying experience within the possibilities. All minors must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
