Policies and Conditions
Cancellations by the client:
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: Customers may cancel their tour free of charge. A full refund will be issued.
Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the tour date: The client may cancel, but a 50% penalty will apply to the total tour cost. A 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the tour date: The client may cancel, but a 75% penalty will apply to the total tour cost. A 25% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or no-shows: No refunds will be issued. The client will be responsible for 100% of the tour cost.
Cancellations by the service provider:
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure: In the event that the tour is affected by extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event, you will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation due to low participation: If the tour is canceled due to a lack of participants (for example, the minimum number of people was not met), the client will have the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
. Reservation changes:
If the client wishes to change the date of their tour, they may do so at no additional cost, provided the change is made at least 7 days in advance. Changes made with less than 7 days' notice will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability:
Accidents or Personal Injury: We disclaim any liability for personal injury, accidents, or damage to the client's property during the tour. We recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to cover these risks.
Lost or Stolen Items: Marlins Tours is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Delays or inconveniences due to external causes: The service provider will not be responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by external factors such as traffic, road closures, bad weather, or transportation failures, among others.
Reservation Modifications:
Clients may modify their tour date at no additional cost with at least 10 days' notice. Modifications requested with less than 10 days' notice will be subject to the service provider's cancellation policy.
Disclaimer:
By making a reservation, the client agrees that Marlins Tours is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect the tour, including, but not limited to, weather, transportation, social, or health factors. The client releases this service provider from any liability arising from such circumstances and agrees that every effort will be made to offer a safe and satisfactory experience to the best of our ability. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
