Departures available from Thursday to Tuesday, with limited availability. On Wednesdays, the lagoon is closed and no work is carried out.

Tour departure point

Please head directly to our meeting point when you are allowed to disembark. Our meeting point will be just outside the Costa Maya port complex. Guests can safely walk from the main avenue to find us just outside the port area. We will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.

Booking and Payment Policy

Deposit

To secure your spot on this popular tour, a minimum deposit of $15.00 USD per person is required. The remaining balance can be paid online 7 days before the tour or in cash upon arrival with us if you prefer.

All payments (deposits or full amounts) are fully refundable if for any reason your cruise does not dock at the Costa Maya port, or if the weather does not permit the tour. Your booking is completely safe with us.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 2 days before your scheduled tour to avoid a $15.00 USD per person cancellation fee.

No-Shows

No-Shows are subject to a $15.00 USD per person fee.

Restrictions

This tour is NOT available on Wednesdays.To ensure you have ample time to fully experience the wonders of Bacalar Lagoon, please confirm that your ship's schedule allows for a minimum port stay of 7 hours.
